Return & Exchange Policy

Riwayat Studio accepts return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, different from the ordered product, or has missing accessories, tags, labels, or packaging.

To submit a claim, send clear pictures to @gmail.com or call 0331-7566899 within 7 days. After inspection and approval, the exchange or return will be processed according to the invoice value.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges.
